New Patients Advice

We warmly welcome new patients and those wishing to return to the Practice. There are a number of different ways to join us including on a private basis with Denplan payment plans or Pay As You Go.

Children can be treated under the NHS and they too can benefit greatly from an early start under our comprehensive approach to supporting good oral health. We also provide NHS services to adults, however spaces are limited so please ask at reception for availability.

Read Mark Colwell’s blog on understanding your individual risks of dental disease and minimising the need for treatment.

Private Initial Consultation

If you would like us to arrange an Initial Consultation and Oral Health Assessment please call us on 01387 256 550 or complete the registration form below and we will be in touch to make an appointment.

If your previous dental practice has taken diagnostic radiographs (x-rays) within a recent time period (usually 2 years), normal practice is to avoid unnecessary radiographic exposure and so we would normally request sight of these.  With your permission, following your consultation, we will send a request to your previous dentist to send copies of x-rays as part of the full assessment.  You can find out more about our safety and preventive culture in Behind the Scenes at Church Court Dental Practice.

Private Initial Consultation £48.50, Regular Check-up £29.50 *aged under 18 years see payment options

General Advice

You may like general advice first before booking an appointment and we recommend you speak to Adele Welsh, our Practice Manager who will be delighted to answer your questions and advise how we may be able to help you. We are unable to give specific, individual advice without seeing you for a clinical assessment.

You can call 01387 256 550 or email us: info@ccdental.co.uk (please mark ‘New Patient’) or fill in the new patient enquiry form and use the message field to ask questions or to let us know you want to discuss and we’ll be in touch.

Radiographs (X-Rays)

If your previous dental practice has taken diagnostic radiographs (x-rays) within a recent time period (usually 2 years), normal practice is to avoid unnecessary additional radiographic exposure and so we would normally request sight of these.
